Each problem is marked on the device it was found on. The amber line is the route an attacker could take: in through an open firewall port, across the server, to a computer with two-step login turned off.

Files locked on a Monday morning

The problem
Shared folders on the office server were encrypted over the weekend, with a ransom note left on every desktop.
What we did
Took the affected machines off the network, traced the way in (a remote desktop port left open to the internet) and restored data from the last clean backup.
Result
Staff were working again in two days. Remote access now goes through a VPN, and backups are tested every month.

A 120-question security questionnaire

The problem
A new European customer wouldn't sign until the firm answered a long security questionnaire and showed a recent penetration test.
What we did
Tested the web app and office network, fixed what we found together with their developers, and wrote the missing policies.
Result
The questionnaire went back in about three weeks with a clean retest report attached.

Former staff still had access

The problem
All branches shared one Wi-Fi password, and accounts belonging to people who had left were still active.
What we did
Rebuilt the network with separate staff and guest Wi-Fi, linked the branches over VPN and closed every unused account.
Result
Each branch now has its own access list, checked once a month.

We have more than 50 clients in India and abroad. Most are small and mid-sized companies that need security and IT expertise but don't have a full team of their own.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Most of our clients are small and mid-sized companies. We scope the work to the size of your business and your budget.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your setup and what you need done. After the free assessment we send a written proposal with a fixed price or a monthly fee.

How soon will you reply?

Do you visit the office, or is everything remote?

We visit clients in and around Ahmedabad when the work needs it. Clients in other cities and countries are supported remotely.

What is the DPDP Act, and does it apply to us?

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 sets rules for how businesses in India collect, store and protect personal data, such as customer and employee records. If your business holds that kind of data, it most likely applies. We can check what you hold and what has to change.

What kind of AI work do you do?

We set up AI tools that take over repetitive tasks, such as sorting emails, pulling data out of documents or answering routine customer questions. Before anything goes live, we check what data the tool can see and who can use it.

We already have an IT person. Can you still help?

Yes. We often work alongside an in-house IT person, usually on security testing, compliance or larger network projects.
